Website Content and UX Refresh

We are seeking a volunteer with website design and content management experience to refresh key pages, update content and images, and improve the overall user experience (UX) of our site. Your work will help patients, caregivers, donors, and healthcare partners easily access vital resources and understand our programs.

Responsibilities:
- Refresh website content and images to better reflect iHealth’s mission and programs
- Update page layouts and navigation to improve usability
- Test and confirm mobile-friendliness and accessibility, with recommendations for adjustments
- Provide recommendations for future redesigns
- Ensure all updates align with iHealth branding guidelines

Important Notes:
- Applicants must have the required skills and commit 4+ hours/week.
- Please include a LinkedIn profile to streamline the application.
- Candidates seeking CPT/Internships or OPT are not eligible.
- Wednesdays from 6–7 PM ET are reserved for Taproot meetings. Please keep this time block in mind when proposing additional meeting times. No-shows without prior notice will not be rescheduled.

This project will strengthen our digital presence, making it easier for patients and partners to find resources, access programs, and engage with iHealth. A more usable, accessible website directly supports our mission to connect patients to healthcare, foster advocacy, and improve well-being.

We’ll provide current website access, branding guidelines, content drafts, images, stakeholder insights, and weekly check-ins to guide updates and ensure alignment.
