We're seeking a website expert to give us feedback on our current website’s layout, user-friendliness, mobile readiness, content, and general look and feel. You'll present our team with your recommendations for improvements to help us maximize our site to support our goals.

We'll start with a briefing session where our team will share our goals and tell you about our target audiences and what we hope to achieve through our website. We'll collaborate to define our next steps and set a timeline. Next time we meet, you'll provide us with some of your initial insights and high-level feedback. We'll have additional feedback for you as well. When your analysis is complete, you'll deliver a short presentation to our team with your recommendations and give us a document of your recommended tactics and updates.

Our ideal volunteer can spend fifteen to twenty hours over four to five weeks reviewing our website. They have experience in web design and marketing.

This project will NOT include:
-Website design
-Website development/coding
-Development of a content marketing strategy
We’re looking for a passionate volunteer who can help us redesign and elevate our website to reflect the magic happening within our organization every day. With your help, we can work toward a site that not only looks beautiful but clearly communicates who we are, what we do, and how others can join in. A refreshed website will make it easier for parents to find tutoring support, for students to access resources, and for donors and partners to connect with our story.

Your talents will directly support children who are striving for brighter futures. By helping us build a more accessible and inspiring digital home, you’ll be amplifying every lesson taught, every confidence gained, and every success story written through Educated Angel. Together, we can ensure that no student feels left behind—and that the community sees just how powerful education, empathy, and opportunity can be.
To prepare for the project, we can provide you with detail about our target audiences and our organization's goals. We will provide access to the back-end of our website. We also have a dedicated member of our team who will be responsible for supporting you throughout the project.
