Optimize GivePulse workflows for several departments and implement website-triggered automations, for example sending an immediate confirmation email when an application is submitted. Test automations and provide brief documentation and handoff. Specifics will be provided during interviews.

Automating GivePulse workflows will enable faster, consistent communications and reduce manual admin, allowing staff to focus on advocacy, education, and collaboration. This improved efficiency helps incarcerated individuals and their families access services and supports our mission to advance humane conditions within the Texas prison system.

We will collaborate with the volunteer, share our current workflow descriptions and desired outcomes, schedule regular check-ins, and identify departmental reviewers for testing and approval. Details about access, timelines, and accounts will be provided during volunteer interviews.
