Work with a volunteer to refine the existing mission and vision drafts into clear, concise, and compelling statements ready for public use. The volunteer will collaborate with the team to adjust tone and wording and discuss preferred length and phrasing; specific deliverable details can be agreed during interviews.

A clear, empathetic mission and vision will strengthen W.A.P.W.'s ability to connect, educate, and support women affected by domestic violence. Strong statements will help communicate your purpose, attract volunteers and partners, and support outreach that builds survivors' confidence, healing, and safer communities.

The volunteer will receive initial drafts of the mission and vision and will have the opportunity to provide feedback throughout the process. They will cooperate with the the W.A.P.W team to finalize the language. Specific details about review rounds and key stakeholders will be shared during scoping.

(We Are Phenomenal Women) is an Informative, Empowering Group that connects, educates, and supports women who have experienced Domestic Violence in the past or who could possibly experience it in the future. W.A.P.W. aims to empower domestic violence victims and women of all ages and backgrounds by building their self-confidence to get out of unhealthy relationships, bring back their self-esteem, help them restore self-love, and retain their self-worth.
