We are in the process of migrating our financial records to Quickbooks, and we are seeking a volunteer to assist our treasurer in accounting for all transactions, either through a journal entry import system or a direct connection. The treasurer will be able to provide guidance on what is needed.

This project will help make our organization more efficient and will aid in the creation of our seasonal budgets and grant applications. All of our concerts offer free admission, so it's imperative that we are able to secure funding to subsidize tickets.

Most of our data has already been migrated to QuickBooks; the treasurer simply needs assistance completing this final step. She is available to provide guidance, and the organization’s president will also be available to answer any questions.
