90-Day Implementation Roadmap for Nonprofit Staffing Venture

To reduce our dependence on grant funding, we have developed an earned income strategy that places our program participants in direct hire, contract, and temp-to-hire roles with mission-aligned employers. We have a completed strategy document, established financial projections, and an Employer of Record already in place.

What we need now is a volunteer with experience in staffing, corporate recruiting, or HR who can review our existing strategy and help us deliver a 90-day implementation roadmap that includes an employer outreach plan, a candidate pipeline process, and clear milestones leading to our first placement.

Pivot Partnership exists to reconnect women who have been separated from the workforce to stable, dignified employment. Our staffing venture is the engine that makes our nonprofit sustainable without relying solely on grants and donations. By helping us launch it, a volunteer is not just building a business plan. They are directly enabling us to serve more women, reduce our funding vulnerability, and prove that a nonprofit can generate its own revenue while staying true to its mission. Our Executive Director, who will serve as the primary point of contact, has already developed a comprehensive earned income strategy, established financial projections, and secured an Employer of Record to manage payroll and compliance. This means the volunteer is not starting from scratch but rather building on a solid foundation. We have internal buy-in at the leadership level, as this initiative is a core organizational priority, not a side project. Once the 90-day roadmap is delivered, our Executive Director will implement it directly, using it to guide employer outreach, candidate pipeline development, and our path to the first placement.
