Create a compliant financial model that maps organizational cash inflows, outflows, and internal transfers, plus a reusable template and concise documentation of assumptions. Specific accounts, regulatory considerations, and data access will be defined with the volunteer during scoping. We need to understand the and create SOP's for movement of cash between for-profit and non-profit entities to maximise efficiency and impact for the non-profit.

A compliant financial flow model will improve the American Paragons Foundation's ability to allocate resources toward employment, mentorship, housing, travel, media visibility, and grant opportunities for athletes. Volunteers will directly strengthen financial clarity that supports athlete stability and opportunity.

Details will be provided during interviews. We will collaborate with the volunteer to share necessary financial records, policies, and stakeholder context so the model can be validated and handed off. We welcome iterative feedback and will prioritize practical, implementable outputs.
