A certified CPA-prepared audit or audited financial statements for our most recent fiscal year, delivered with a written audit report and any high-level recommendations. Exact scope, required documents, and timeline will be defined with the volunteer during interviews.

An independent CPA audit will enable eligibility for foundation grants and increase funder confidence, helping Electric Moon Foundation sustain and expand music education and trauma-informed arts programming for youth (4–17) experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles.

We will collaborate with the volunteer to share our financial records and prior filings, designate a primary contact, and provide context for how the audit will be used for grant applications.

Electric Moon Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization based out of Los Angeles, Ca. ELECTRIC MOON Foundation is an innovative music education and youth development program, which serves diverse youth in marginalized neighborhoods in Los Angeles. We are passionate and dedicated to sharing the healing energy of Music & Art and to ensure that it reaches our most vulnerable youth. Our primary work consists of providing progressive and unique music and art programs, instruments, low-cost classes, mentoring, anti bullying programs, performances and trauma related therapies using the arts as a form of healing.
