My goal is to have a Taproot volunteer assist with marketing consulting, specifically we would like you to:
Print Materials: Write and layout text copy for our tri-fold brochure and rack cards highlighting our support services.
Social Media Content: Write a 1-month social media content calendar with ready-to-post copy and simple visual templates for Facebook and Instagram.
Email Outreach: Draft 2–3 email outreach templates to share program details and enrollment steps with new patients and referral partners.

Improving our email and social media outreach will help more cancer patients in Prince George’s County learn about and access our no-cost, whole-person programs. Volunteer support will increase awareness and engagement so patients can receive emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, and social support.

We will prepare by providing a program overview, existing outreach materials, and a designated staff contact for weekly check-ins. Details and access needs will be provided during volunteer interviews so the volunteer can start quickly and confidently.
