Donorbox - Help us make the most out of our CRM! We’re looking for a volunteer to assess our current CRM system and identify ways we can use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward.

If we can properly use our CRM we can better engage our community to get further information, donations, and better engage our overall community.

We have already selected a CRM and are ready to share credentials with a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use.
