Advice on Fundraising and Creative Revenue Generation

In this session, we're seeking advice on fundraising and creative revenue generation, particularly by leveraging online platforms and technologies.

As an outcome of this session, we’d like to develop a high-level scope of work to engage a Taproot volunteer in a project that will integrate fundraising (and other ideas generated during the initial session) into a sustainable operating model that we’re developing as part of a federal grant project. We are rounding out the first part of our two-year federal grant and are seeking additional expertise from Taproot to develop a fundraising and revenue generation strategy that will further strengthen our overall planning effort to take our work and our nonprofit organization to the next level.

This session volunteer won't be responsible for executing the pro bono project, but your advice will be invaluable as we prepare for this longer-term initiative.
