We need a volunteer to advise on recruiting initial board members with the goal of generating seed funding. The volunteer should help us define priority candidate profiles, recommend outreach and engagement strategies, suggest persuasive role messaging, and outline a concise outreach approach and timeline. Details about our current network and constraints will be provided during the session.
